Why will some of the images I’ve ordered be cropped?
If your photographer is shooting with a film or digital camera with a 35mm aspect ratio then certain sizes will require cropping. For example, most professional cameras produce images that have an aspect ratio of 8 in x 12 in. If you are ordering an 8 in x 10 in print the photographer will have to crop two inches off the long side of the image in order to make it an 8 in x 10 in. The common sizes that require cropping are 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 20x24 and 24x30. Please contact your photographer if you have any further questions about cropping.
How soon will I receive the images that I’ve ordered?
The speed of delivery for physical print orders is unique to each photographer. If you order a digital version of an image, you will be sent an email with a link to download the image shortly after your purchase. Please contact the photographer of this event by clicking on the ‘CONTACT’ link to receive a more accurate estimation of delivery time.
Why did I have to enter my email address to access a web gallery?
Your email address is never sold! We respect your privacy and will never seek to profit off your private information. The reason we require you to enter your email address is so the photographer of the event can notify you when the event has a sale or to inform you when the event is going to expire. If you prefer not to receive any emails from the photographer simply unsubscribe from the 1st email you receive.
What is the purpose of the list of ‘tags’ on the right side of the screen?
All of the ‘tags’ on the right side of the screen allow you to navigate through all the photos of an event. If you click on the different tags it will show you all the images that have been assigned that particular tag. This allows you to quickly find the images you are searching for by going directly to the tags that are most relevant to you.
Can I purchase a digital copy of all the files from an event?
You cannot purchase a digital copy of all the files from an event at this time unless you purchase them individually. If you are looking to get a digital version of all the images from an event please contact the photographer by clicking on the ‘CONTACT’ link at the top of the page.
How do I find my event?
On the very first page of the store you can use the search fields at the top of the page to quickly find your event. You can search by name, category and date. To get back to the store home page click on the photographer’s logo in the upper left corner.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders can only be canceled if the photographer has not sent your order to the lab yet. If you do need to cancel an order please contact the photographer by clicking on the ‘CONTACT’ link at the top of the page.
